i'd bring dolyak signet to counter the KD, and executioner's strike to take out the boss.

I typically use
Axe 10 + 1 + 1, Strength 11 + 1, Healing 10
Triple Chop, Cyclone Axe, Executioner's Strike, Furious Axe, Dolyak Signet, Healing Breeze, Live Vicariously, Balthazar's Spirit
Cast both permanent echantments. Collect as many groups as you can. The quick attack rate of the vermins will always keep your energy charged. Use Healing Breeze to counter the degen, Dolyak to stay on your feet and Triple Chop and Cyclone Axe to deal damage. As Healing Breeze will completely stop degen (except when fighting Shreader, you'll have -3 against him) and the vermins are unable to harm you, Live Vicariously is more than enough to always stay at full health. You can fight any number of vermins at one. The more the better actually. As you only use Triple Chop and Cyclone Axe for damage, they go down pretty simultaneously.
Executioner's and Furious are only for Shreader. Use Triple Chop then fire Executioner's and Furious at him, Cyclone and again use Executioner's and Furious. Repeat until he goes down. Afterwards just proceed as usual.

Simple stance tank wins it for me:
W/x
Strength 12 (11+1)
16 Tactics (12+4)
Dolyak Signet
Gladiators Defense
Shield Stance
Disciplined Stance
Healing Signet
Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Free Slot (Defensive Stance, I Will Survive, Bonnetti's, Secondary Skill, Whatever)
Gladiators Chest, Legs, Arms,
Knights Boots
Stoneroots Shelter +30 Health -2 dmg in Stance
Any old crap sword
There's not much to explain really....
Since we're basically getting hit for 0 damage (bar the odd +damage on attack skills) it's only a matter of cleaning up the degen -- Healing Signet does a commendable job on this, assuming you use it whilst Dolyak is up =p. Riposte + Deadly Riposte drop the boss easily enough.
A decent run - I average around 1.5-2k a run bar any *special* drops. Golds drop although the ones I've seen have been non-max damage albeit with perfect mods, which you can salvage off (and add to 15^50 collector weapons in my case)

bear in mind this build probably isnt the most efficient or fastest but with practice i found it to work quite well for me. the main idea is near perpetual gladiators defense, anti knockdown, fast adrenalin gain, oh and healing of course :P.
proffesion: W/Mo
skills: gladiators defence, cyclone axe, shield bash, on your knees, healing signet, dolyak signet, balthazars spirit, mending
attributes: unfortunatly i didnt take a screen of my att distribution and cant recall what it was exactly but i belive it was 12 strength, 12 tactics, 10 healing. i dont use superior runes other than vigor and absorption on my warrior
Gear : recieved -2 in stance shield
axe I prefer furious mine is the razorstone but realy its personal preference
gladiators armor + ascalon/knights I dont have stoneskin gauntlets but I feel they would be a good adittion give you a little more time to hit on you knees (I have faild to do so a few times).
as for runes i use Sup vigor (waste of money if you ask me but i found it so why not) Sup absorption the rest minors tactics, strength, axe.
execution: exit Senjis corner cast enchants. head to the vermin to start i would take 1 group at a time to get a feel for the build once you have it you can take them all if you can get them together. Once you have aggro hit Dolyak signet if they knock you down you will be suffering extra degen from seeping wound. Once they are all on you hit gladiators defense and start useing cyclone axe and healing signet whenever they are recharged. once gladiators defence ends use shield bash (be sure to watch upkeep monitor to see when it is triggered as stated above stoneskin gauntlets will give you a bit more room for error) once shield bash knocks one of them down use on your knees and imedietly recast gladiators defence. continue the cycle there will be a bit of down time while you wait for shield bash to recharge use that time to heal with signet much like FoW spider farming you will be spamming healing signet. Make sure dolyak signet is up as soon as it recharges and try to keep it that way knockdown=degen and the armor helps to especialy when you use healing signet.
note: Shreader Sharptounge when you fight the group with him target him once all his buddys are down and its just him left stop useing cyclone axe to conserve energy
drops: lots of non max white items a few blue and a possible green from Shreader vermin hides and gold I seemed to average around 1.5 k per run (after merchant) all in all not the best money to be had but it adds up fairly quick i would say its about equivelent to the last days of prophets path griffon farming asfar as money goes.
well i think that about covers it any questions feel free to PM me and good luck.
